Since the forward wing spar is now off the table, I started on the aileron and flap spars. First I wanted to re-shim the boards on top of the table to make the table top flat and straight again. My 12 ft. long table is now "smiling." When I start on tail assembly soon, I'll want to address this problem more permanently. For now, this should work for these last two spars.

I drew the centerline with the laser again and used thin black thread to make sure my centerline stayed straight and the surface was flat. I laid out the dimensions for the spar and used the wood blocks, just like the ribs, to bound the spar caps.
