Tonight, I had some time so I closed the first station 1 rib. Like before, I used nails in a couple places on the outside of the structure profile to make sure the varnish lines match the structure while gluing, and just piled weight on top to provide the clamping pressure. Also, my bandsaw was in need of some serious attention so I replaced the tires, blade, throat plate and blade guide. It is a much happier bandsaw now.
