I cleaned up and trimmed all the finished glued ribs. I'm now using a much faster method for trimming the gussets to the curve of the ribs. I'm using the bandsaw to very carefully trim them to within a millimeter of the rib. Then, I could use the laminate trimmer on both sides without trouble. Much quicker than using the dremel on the underside gussets one at a time. I haven't been doing this before because I wasn't sure about my ability to do this without messing up and I didn't want to risk it. I had so many ribs to clean up today so I figured that I could give it a shot and it wasn't too hard. Here's the current stack o' ribs.
