Thinking about the pre-bending problem, I suspect the simplest answer is probably the best in this case. Most likely, I'm just trying to bend it too much, more than needed. I'll test this theory when I load the good strip into the station 3 drawing layout and see if it's bent more than needed. I suspect it will be. Maybe when I make the pre-bending jig, I'll just trace the rib and cut that out without adding any extra bend. I can experiment with this a little for the next set of capstrips.
