I had a few moments today to cut out the center section, 4mm, plywood backing for the main stabilizer spar. Since the scarf is 15-1 the width of the scarf is 60 mm. It's so long that I just did the scarf by hand on the stationary belt sander. You can see how thick this plywood is. It will really beef up the spar once it's glued on.
