I realized that I've been mainly using the bandsaw lately to cut these tight radius curves for the gussets. When I originally set up the bandsaw, I put a 3/4" blade in there which is pretty wide. I've been having a harder time cutting these curves well, so I finally switched it to and 1/8" blade. It's much smaller and can pretty much do any curve I can possibly need.

I got to work with my new blade on the gussets for frame #6. It was much easier to be accurate with the curves. I should have done this a long time ago. I never cut straight lines with the bandsaw so far but I can switch it back if I need to. Here are the lovely before and after shots. Thanks goodness I was using the new blade for that funky looking gusset. It made it really easy.

Oh, and I also use the combination sander to clean up the bandsaw work to make everything the exact right shape.
