I had my midterm for my math class today and I felt prepared and I think I did alright. As a reward and to relish in my new found (but brief) freedom from studying, I cleaned up the frame #5 laminations afterwards. The oak protective strip did its job beautifully. The inside strip of spruce was pristine. After the normal filing and planing, I marked the dimensions of the part and made conservative cuts so I can sand to fit with the other frame #5 structure later. Here are the two laminations in all their non-dented glory.
