I've been soaking the skin for the center section of the elevator at the trailing edge for a day and it was time to pre-bend it on the elevator. This is the thickest piece of plywood I've had to bend yet (2 mm). It was very stubborn. It does not want to bend. I'm not sure what I would have done if I didn't have help. The extra pair of hands helps hold half the thing down while I hold and clamp the other half. I think I'll leave this thing clamped for a while so it takes the bend pretty well. I added some more clamps after I took this picture in the extra space.
