While I'm waiting for the epoxy to show up, I figured I'd take care of a few other steps. I cut up some wood to use when I glue the leading edge skin in place to press uniformly up against the spar. When I glue them on, I'll wrap the innertubes on, and then use these blocks to press up against the spar and leading edge ribs. I marked on the outside of the skin where the leading edge rib goes up to before it starts curving. Farther outboard, it's much higher up.

I also finally glued on the elevator tip bows. I don't know why I waited so long. I rounded the top before I glued it to somewhat match the outer leading edge ribs. After thay are glued on, I'll float sand there a little to make it match well. I'm soaking the outer leading edge plywood and I needed to have these glued on there before I could bend them over the ribs.
