So after leaving the leading edge elevator skins out to dry for almost 2 days, the plywood underneath the innertube strips were a little damp still, as well as the underside in contact with the pvc pipe. The bend was pretty stable though so I moved the skins over to fit them on the leading edge ribs and let them dry out even more there. This is a really cool sight for me, seeing the first skin fitted on the structure. When I glue these things on there, I'll use long strips of wood to clamp down the sides instead of just clamps. This way is just temporary. Looks good!
